Limeted edition of France Fauteux ceramic sculptures at Indianica

For the last 40 or more years France Fauteux from Shawiningan Quebec has been producing  award winning sculptures.  She has met and worked amongst great artists such as Maurice Savoie and Cynthia Bringell.

Her ceramic art work is on display in North America and Europe as well as in many private colletions such as at Indianica.  France has decided to stop doing these creations and further her career in another direction leaving these remaining creations of art a collectors treasure.

We have a fine collection of her work at Indianica but it will not last long so be one of the lucky ones to have a true collectors piece this New Year.

hen I have some free time, I browsed the marvelous site, wahooart.com, where they keep thousands of digital images for customers to select to have printed into handsome canvas prints for their homes.
This image jumped out to jolt my reveries: Still life with bread, by the Cubist Georges Braque. Is art like this picture, as essential as bread and water, or should I say bread and wine?
